One Human Family (feat. Why)

In this world there once lived a big family of squirrels - they was from
the same place but half moved far from their base when an earthquake
split the land into two separate shapes - slow rates of change over time
taking place - they was divided and was adjusting to their new environment
the ones to the north are darker, bushy tail, and bigger ears - the ones to
the south are leaner and they live with more fears - though the look different
and act different isn't it now time to realize that they're the exact same
squirrel just growing up on different sides - what I'm talking about is us
the human race we're all one - when we face the truth as one that's when
better days'll have come - 'cause races were created by the rulers for us
to live in - with artificial divisions that only served the rich's interests
the fact remains - inside we all the same - my rhymes explain

HOOK:
Fam can you see that we all one human family?
One human family - actually - can you see?

They ask me what I am - I react by saying I'm a little bit of this and
a little bit of that - you know we all one mixed race from Africa it goes back
matter fact - look it up on your internet and search that - I said that on
another track - I know my flow type is deep - when I speak on tracks I
seek to unite the streets - if you got cash and care about what I'm saying
that's fine - Dr. King had cash and used it to help make change in his time
what matters more - how you look or if you're rich or poor? are you sure
we're that different? which one you think's the bigger war? they rap about
money and riches - which is funny 'cause hip hop was started by kids in
New York who couldn't even afford instruments - it was a voice of the
voiceless of the ghetto - the rhyme told ya - do you know the 5 elements
of hip hop culture? Beatboxin - DJin - break dancin - we have rappin
graffiti - see we real rappers still teach the facts and

One time I asked a kid what is his race - the kid cried - sayin I don't
know who my parents are so how can I reply? 9 years passed
realized I asked that for the last time - when I rhyme my plan's to
expand many minds and fam let me tell you how the concept of race
was enacted - racial identities were created by the rulers to turn the
masses - against each other and not their rulers - that's how it happened
in the past it was an action that lasted till today but what I'm asking is

Call me the rhyme time bandit - my time I demand it - freestyle I
didn't plan it - this track I been handed - one human fam spanning
Pacific to Atlantic - a track by a man who want you to understand this
